Nylon Brush Hard
Whether using it after an application of glide cleaner or hot wax a nylon brush is a basic accessory for every skier.
Nylon Brush Soft
Soft polishing brush for all types of waxes. Blue fine bristles are primarily intended for finishing work and polishing.
Horsehair Brush
Used for opening up the base structure after scraping off most hot wax before finishing with a nylon brush. Like a brass brush, a horsehair brush is also more abrasive than a nylon brush.
Nylon Brush Small
It is an essential tool for waxers. Always finish glide waxing with a nylon brush. A convenient size for travel waxing with non-fluoro liquid paraffins. (Size 2.12“x3.39”)
Stainless Steel Brush
The stainless steel brush is used to open up the base structure during waxing. It is the most effective at removing wax. Blue nylon hairs add to more complete finish.
Brass Fine Brush
Use after scraping hard glide waxes to open the base structure. A few strokes from tip to tail is sufficient. Also suitable for cleaning glide surfaces with or without glide cleaner.
Roto Nylon Semi Hard 100 MM
An essential tool for waxers is now available as a roto brush. Always finish glide waxing with a nylon brush. Suitable also for finishing fluorinated coatings.

Heats solid and liquid grip coatings without the need for a waxing iron resulting in pro-level waxing while minimizing waxing product loss.
Roto Merino Thick And Fluffy 100 MM
For applying hard glide waxes without waxing iron or finishing liquid paraffins. First, apply wax to the brush and then brush it on the base, pressing lightly with a rotation speed of approx. 1500 RPM. Use roto nylon after to polish ski bases.
Roto Felt 100 MM
For finishing liquid glide surfaces. First, apply the glide wax to the base and let it dry for about 10 minutes. Finish and polish using a felt roto brush with overlapping motions from tip to tail.
Roto Handle Kit With Dual Axles And Shield
The core of roto brushing is the Rex roto handle, which comes with quick-swap 100mm and 140mm axles out of the box. Switching between brushes is quick and easy because the brush can be swapped without removing the axle from the drill. Compatible with all brushes that use 100mm diameter hexagonal axles. We recommend using a device with a minimum rotation speed of approximately 1500 RPM. The quick-release shield makes the handle also compatible with large Merino rollers. Built with oversized industrial bearings for heavy duty use.
